Israel – 30 days
Malaysia – 30 days
Cuba – 30 days (also listed as 15 days elsewhere—verify officially)
Philippines – 21 days
Singapore – 14 days
Hong Kong – 15 days
Diplomatic/official passport holders from Russia, China, Thailand, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, and Mexico may also enter visa-free. Japanese citizens can visit up to 30 days (any purpose) with at least six months of passport validity.

Gateways include Berlin, Beijing, Khokh Khot, Frankfurt, Moscow, Irkutsk, Osaka, and Seoul. MIAT and Air China fly to Ulaanbaatar. The Trans-Mongolian train from Moscow or Beijing is a scenic option. Many travelers connect via Moscow (Aeroflot/MIAT) or via Beijing (Air China/MIAT).

October–May: train tickets can be provided without tours. In summer: tickets are available only for clients who book a full tour.

If you booked with us, we’ll provide packing lists, cultural guidance, horse/camel riding tips, and ways to avoid culture shock.

Ulaanbaatar offers 4-star hotels, 3–2-star budget hotels, and hostels/guesthouses (from ~USD 10/night).

A Ger (yurt) is the traditional round felt dwelling. Tourist camp gers have up to four beds and basic furnishings. Bathrooms and showers are shared in separate buildings.

Best travel period: April–November. Weather varies by region; early spring (especially May) is often windy.

Ulaanbaatar has diverse restaurants (Western, Mongolian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.). Countryside camps serve Western-style dishes and Mongolian BBQ. Tent camping involves simple outdoor cooking.

We offer tailor-made trips for singles or couples. For group tours, the usual maximum is 10–12 travelers.

Staff transport luggage during the trip. Hotels can store bags if you’re returning. Domestic flights include 10 kg free; excess is ~USD 2/kg.

A 30% deposit is due one month before the tour. The remaining balance is agreed between both parties.

The full payment must be paid before 30 days prior to the departure date.

  1. Full Refund: If trip canceled 31 days prior to the departure date (domestic flight cancellation fee 100 USD, accomodation booking fees 80 USD)
  2. 30 to 15 days prior to departure date 30%
  3. 14 to 7 days 50% of the total price
  4. 6 to 0 days: payment is non refundable.

Yes—10% off. Travelers who return three times receive a special surprise.

Contract amendments can be negotiated in case of violations. The company isn’t responsible for damage caused by a traveler’s personal actions or disorganization.

Yes. We can arrange hotels and transfers for extra days before or after your tour.
